  1. Return of product must be accompanied by a copy or reference to the original PO.
  2. Returns not accompanied by a copy or reference to the original PO, or that were shipped over 90 days prior to the return date are subject to re-stocking fees.
  3. Customer agrees that if notified by WTG of a previous shipment with potentially nonconforming products, such product will be investigated and appropriate actions taken internally, or returned to WTG in a timely fashion for replacement. In addition, customer agrees to communicate such Risk Notification to their customers, as applicable. If customer decides not to take any action for the products in question or notify their customers of the potential risk, the customer assumes full responsibility of any failures and damages.
  4. Customer agrees to the payment terms listed on each invoice and understands that late fees will apply for those invoices that violate stated terms.
  5. Continued delinquency in payment of invoices will result in COD terms for future orders and shipments.
  6. If a customer decides to perform verification or audit at our facilities, advance notification of no less than 30 days is required and customer assumes full financial burden of such visit.All products returned for a potential nonconforming condition/warranty claim must be submitted back to WTG within 90 days of initial receipt/shipping date. Any returns for these potential conditions after 90 days will result in Nonconforming Condition Review fee to determine validity of claim. Items found to be acceptable will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of original PO amount.
  7. Special Orders direct from the factory cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
  8. All products returned for a potential nonconforming condition/warranty claim must be submitted back to WTG within 90 days of initial receipt/shipping date. Any returns for these potential conditions after 90 days will result in Nonconforming Condition Review fee to determine validity of claim.
